At Heads Pace, we believe that running isn’t just about putting one foot in front of the other—it’s about building mental strength, resilience, and confidence as much as it is about endurance and performance.

Founded by Ross Beveridge, an ultra runner and UK Athletics running coach, and Alice Beveridge, a positive psychologist, mindset coach,  and performance gymnastics coach, Heads Pace is designed to help distance runners—from half marathons to ultras—train smarter, push harder, and think stronger.

This is more than a training plan – it’s a full support system for runners chasing big goals. The Mind & Body Plan combines personalised coaching, expert training structure, and mindset development to help you show up as your strongest self – physically and mentally.

Built using our own personal experience of multiple event completions, these ultra-distance plans are designed for the long haul.
