At Heads Pace, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below is our refund policy, designed to be clear, fair, and in line with UK consumer law.
Downloadable Products (e.g. Training Plans & Mindset Journal)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all purchases of downloadable products are non-refundable once the product has been delivered.
Under UK consumer law, digital content is not eligible for cancellation once you have started downloading or streaming it, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
If you believe your download is faulty or there’s been an error with your order, please contact us at headspaceruncoaching@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Coaching Plans (Physical Training Plan & Mind & Body Plan)
Before Your Coaching Starts:
If you’ve paid for a coaching plan but haven’t yet started working with your coach or received your personalised plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of payment.

After Coaching Has Begun:I
f coaching has already started, any refund will depend on how much of the service has been delivered.
For example:If only your initial consultation has taken place, you may receive a partial refundIf a training plan has been written or sessions delivered, we will deduct a fair amount based on the work completedWe will always be transparent about this and happy to discuss individual circumstances.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel ongoing coaching or end your plan early, we ask for at least 14 days’ notice. You will not be charged beyond this notice period, and any upcoming sessions or support will be paused accordingly.
